Team Collaboration

We had many ideas for our website, and at first, we were not even going to base it on community service. In the first semester of our school, all four members of our group were in the Community Service Club at our school. We donated over one thousand pounds of food to our local food bank, and we really enjoyed it. Therefore, we decided to use out experience to make a website. Each member of our group contributed differently to our website. Lisi was our artist extraordinaire, Jackie was our organizer who laid out the website, Spencer was our writer and Alex was the team leader who put the final changes on everything.

Team Diversity

As far as diversity does, our group itself is not very diverse. However, living in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, we are exposed to a lot of racial, religious and cultural diversity. We can go into D.C. and meet people who are completely different races, cultures and religious beliefs. We go to a school that is not very diverse in itself, but we are exposed to diversity every day.
