Tibet: Left In The Wilderness

1999
We embarked on this topic for ThinkQuest '99 as we felt that Tibet lacks international media coverage despite its political and human rights plight. We intend to educate others on Tibet for the common good of the people. With this important knowledge, one would further understand and realize the third world that we've been neglecting. And finally, we are, in a way, doing justice to the people of Tibet. The website has easy-acess bars at the bottom of every page to aid the user. The entry has an user-friendly interface and is very easily navigated through our main menu and the respective section lobbies. Besides, there is a help section which the user can refer to. The website caters to the needs of students, teachers or anyone else who is interested on Tibet or doing a project, term paper on it. We have unparalled coverage of Tibet and its various facets. Secondly, the user may utilize our search engine and search for items within the site that can range from media clips to key words. He may even find information of Tibetan dance etc.
