Bicycle

2009
The bicycle is one of the few forms of transportaion that people all around the world use and see almost daily. Bicycle sports have produced legends, like Lance Armstrong. A lot of children and adults use bicycle for recreation, fitness, and also for a "greener" and inexpensive way to travel. It is hard not to be fascinated by the bicycle.

Team Collaboration

Our Collaboration

Our team collaboration had its ups and downs. We had a hard time agreeing with what music and animation we wanted on our website. When we first joined as a group we made a promise to all agree with each other. But differences fell between us and we had a lot of trouble. Rowan tried to get the girls to put aside their differences. In the end it all mattered about votes. Robin and Mirayah had the same idea about what they wanted their website to be like. But Jessii wanted our website to be more elaborate and creative. Which I agreed on and thought it would make our website more interesting.

What we agreed on was making it simple and easy for people to figure out and work. This settled most of our problems between us. What we could of done better is have one person have the overall vote for one thing and have one person have the overall vote for another part.

Team Diversity

Our Team Diversity

Our team is one of the most diverse teams in this competition. We all are from the United States of America, but we have very different personalities. Robin is our team structure. She is the one that keeps us going and assigns all of our pages things we need to do. Her being one of the lesser working persons, she still is a great influence to our team and work ethic.

Moving to our dear friend Miryah, the sporty girl. She makes us always laugh, and when we don’t feel like working (she doesn’t usually like to work either) Miryah is always there to make us get our heads in the game. This girl is very unique and we couldn’t live without her lightening the mood.

Rowan is the nut of our group. He is one of the craziest people you could ever meet, and if you don’t know him, you’re missing out on fun times. Rowan loves to sing during our group working time and makes funny comments about everything. Also, we have some inspiration from Rowan considering that has lived in Singapore two times before so he knows a lot about other cultures which is good for our topic.

And last but not least, is Jessii. Working for her was not always the fondest of things, but she does try her best all the time (ok most of the time). Most of the time, she is quiet and just enjoys the time she gets to spend with her group and listens to the stupid comments flying back and forth. Though when the group doesn’t agree on something, Jessii is usually against the others, but to say the least she is very independent and has good ideas, and is most certainly not weird (Miryah)!
