Team Collaboration

Collaboration

The team worked together by giving each other homework assignments and helping each other out like asking if they wanted help ex: One time Deshawn asked Kai if he could do one of his essays because Kai was supposedly behind. Then after that Kai and Deshawn worked on some essays together.

We chose specific tasks for homework and for school work like Kai picked and chose to have the responsibility for the following pages Marine Life, Plants, Activities, and Our team but all of them Kai had help with and two of them I shared responsibilities.

We over came challenges by helping each other out by discussing arguments we had and challenges we needed to overcome and work that we thought was too hard for only one person and then other people on the team helped out that person until the person could carry on by himself or when the assignment was finished.

Our team has people from different socioeconomic backgrounds, cultural groups and has overcome challenges to participate. Kai’s mom is from Finland and spoke Finnish in their house until Kai was born. A number of our team members for the duration of this development had to go over to their public library so they could get their homework completed. Our teacher even lets us come to school on his days off, like the weekend, so that we could work on our websites. We are a high-quality team to learn about San Miguel Island because we all put a superior attempt in the direction of it and we are also exceptionally smart. Also we stuck on the topic and never wanted to quit functioning on the assignment.
