Team Collaboration

Since we decide our research topic, and according to our content and the actual situation, the team divided into two major groups. Teacher Chen, deyuanz, xueqingg, junfengz, yuqingz and zhengs form the first group , teacher Qi and wr compose of the second group, two groups completed different tasks, specific division of labor is as follows:

The first group:

Chen: coach, is mainly responsible for the team’s registration, add the students , add an assistant coach and guide team members to make practice plans, identify the information needed to help the players contact and guide the group members experimental exchange through the platform.

deyuanz: organize the team and develop project , organize and coordinate the activities of the first group, and organize team activities in the platform.

junfengz, xueqingg, zhengs, yuqingz: Team members， carry out project-based research, participate in team activities, complete of each division to participate in the discussion platform for all research.

Group II:

Qi teachers: an assistant coach to help students successfully in English and guide the second group of team members to carry out the exchange through the platform.

wr: deputy head, head of the organization to assist the team to develop group activities to plan, organize and coordinate the team members to find relevant information and classification summary, head of the organization to assist the team in the platform activities.

Team Diversity

Our team members come from different schools, a common goal bring us together.Eight members of our team have different strengths, coach Chen is our computer teacher, can guide us proper to use of our platform Thingquest to exchange , interaction.Teacher assistant coach Qi is an English teacher can help guide our English translation, deyuangz and wr have strong organizational skills, good organization and coordination of work long, organizing all the activities of the team.Zhengs have many ideas, we are a lot of activities available to him.Yuqingz and xueqingg work hard, which is necessary for a team, and junfengz is a Web master, he found a lot of guidance materials, so that eight different but the enthusiasm people organize themselves into teams, we believe that the victory must be ours.
