Team Collaboration
Ella - She works for introducing the meaning of arts and music and all the citations of sources. She also captured pictures regarding our topic. She gave the benefits of arts and music and including the effects. She edited some errors.
Mon Matthew - He used my mp4 to take pictures, he planned the places where we could find the things about our topic, he edited every mistakes or lackness in our works.
Nathanielle - I provide the mp4 and the comic strip. I worked on the prologue of our topic. I presented the history of music. I also edit some errors.
Everyone has a goal to be achieve. A mission to be accomplished. But we can not get our aims if we will only hide in the darkest corner without trying our best. We should work and face the obstacles that will block our way through the path of our "victory".
Team Diversity
rom the very beginning, we all know that we all have differences that will diverse us from one another , but that didn't stop us in working and believing that we can won in this competition.
Many hindrances and discrepancies are present in our team so it's not so easy for us to work harmoniously.
The difference in our attitudes and way of living,are somewhat we can call as a problem. Mon, is the frank one in our team. He speak out what he notice and did not even care even if its a work of his other teammates. He is also a bully and a noisy person. The attitude of Mon is contrast by the attitude of me. Me, Ella Gene is a simple girl,with that kind of bubbly attitude. I always want to be happy and I am also a funny one. But when it comes to work time, I am always serious and focuses on my work. Its not easy for me to work in the team because I am the only girl and we all know that the attitudes of boys are different from the girls. The last but not the least is Nathanielle John. He is a funny one with that kind of rocker attitude. He is always present every time we have our meetings and he is supportive in terms of work. He is serious but sometimes show his ridiculous side.
We all live in different places in our country and we all have to commute for us to be able to meet. In terms of our culture we have little differences, like in our beliefs and in our traditions.
We knew that our diversity will not stop us in achieving our goal in winning this competition.
