Given less than two cents a day, slaves were torn apart in hunger and desperation to live. Their work was never appreciated, and they strived for freedom. This website shows the depth of slavery around the world, showing what slavery was back in the 1200-1800s, and how it was somewhat abolished. It also presents the slavery we have today.
