S.M.A.R.T.S.

We are S.M.A.R.T.S - Staying Motivated And Reducing Teen Smoking. This is the Lincoln University Upward Bound Program's smoking awareness and cessation program. This site hopes to show the manipulation of the tobacco industry, especially with teenagers. S.M.A.R.T.S. is funded by Chester County Health Department and BUSTED. S.M.A.R.T.S. is a branch off of BUSTED, and BUSTED is a branch off of Truth which is the national campaign.
