Antelope Feeders

2009
There’s an abundance of food in the world, but yet millions of people in the world are dying of starvation. About 25,000 people die from starvation every day, and 1,042 per hour. We need to focus in on that serious problem from poverty. Our country’s definition of hunger/starvation is much different than in other, poorer countries. We hope to help stop hunger globally, nationally, and locally. We want to raise awareness about starvation. Our expected outcome is to help poor people in need of food to survive. We hope others will be Risk-Takers, Caring, and Inquirers to stop this harsh problem. We will help the world, nation, or local area.

Team Collaboration

As a whole, our team worked excellently together and spent our allotted time well. We feel that we divided the work very evenly because we each chose our own continent. With the one remaining continent we joined up and did it together. We helped each other in times of need. Individual Strengths: Mary-Beth-I helped the team by making the research easier for my teammates. I also used my strength in writing to write the videos script and my page, and my strength in communication to explain information to my teammates. Miley- I used my strength in writing to help write the script. I also helped keep the group in a happy mood. Alex- I used my strength with technology to help make my team's videos, picture citations, and website. I used my skill with words to edit my team's pages. Ricky- I used my skill with writing to help write this and my skill with technology to help my team with tech problems. I also helped energize my team. Riley- I helped my team by finding pictures for the webpage. I also energized my team and kept them going and planned.
