Team Collaboration
We did it！ This was the first time that we took part in the International Network Competition，therefore, we all felt a little nervous. However, the according to division our members were working very hard. Finally, we did it! Now, let me tell you how we finished it. 1、 Division: There were 5 persons in our team, divided into 3 groups by our coach. Movie filming Group: Bo Si Y and FangYue S ；Coach Post-production Group: Zi Qi M Coach ；Special Effects Movie Group: Yi Fan C and Pei Yao L ；During the time of collecting information，we met many difficulties, for example, some technologies were very difficult to understand, we went to the Movie Wander Land for several times to study what technology the special effects movies were used. We asked staffs, teacher, to learn the knowledge points did not understand. Post-production Group and Movie filming Group’s problem was the translation of special nouns, some of them were very difficult to find out even in the dictionary. We had to go to coach for help. 2、Cooperation: When we were working, all of us helped each other. We helped Post-production Group and Movie filming Group to look difficult words up in the dictionary. When we were in the Movie Wander Land, we need to take photos and videos, and the members help each other to finish that. Onetime, we would like to record the special effects of superman flying, need one wear the superman’s clothes. But that time no one can put on it, because it was too small. At this time, YiFan C came out and took off his clothes left only underwear, put on the superman’s clothes, helped us finish the work! The temperature of that time was only 3℃! We were very grateful to him, and he is our hero! 3、 Brainstorm: After we collected the data, each of us usually had different opinion. In order to continue working, we often had brainstorm meetings. We ironed out differences, unified views in this way. Now, the site has been completed, when we recalled the memories of site producing process, we all felt very happy. Because we did it！
Team Diversity
There are5 points about the diversity of our team members and team resources： First，there are both girl and boys in our team. Girls were meticulous and patient, that can help our team finish the data collecting work better. Second, there are four boys and one girl in our team, boys gather information; girls organize information, so that we work more effectively. Third, all team members have different strengths. YiFan C and PeiYao L was good at English; Ziqi M was good at calculating; BoSi Y is good at observation；FangYue S is good at computer operating. Fourth, our coaches had good relations with the Movie Wander Land, so we collected information, tour activities were successfully. Our advantage: Under the guidance of our coaches, each members played his strengths and worked together to complete the project. We three boys collected data quickly, used computer expertly, and the girl arranged seriously. Our coach contact with the Movie Wander Land, she got a lot of important information which helped us a lot. Our coach also took us to the Movie Wander Land to experience project, the actual happy experience helped our group make the site better. Our team includes detailed, patient, a wealth of information, the actual material, vivid reports. Therefore, I believe our website is the best!
