Team Collaboration

Teamwork is the key to the success of a project. By first identifying the strengths or each team member, then it is ensured that the project will run smoothly. First, we assigned the necessary jobs to each other; so, each of us got a job to do separately. After we complete our job, we unite each job in order to create the project. Since Esteban is fully bilingual, he was assigned to translate all of the text relating to this project. Adam and Christopher are excellent doing internet research. Sarah has a great imagination. She is designing the website. Maria is great at writing, so she writes the text that is presented at the website. So, when all of our strengths unite, we make a winning team.

We didn't exactly have conflicts in our group but at first we were a bit puzzled of what we were going to do. Once we got things straightened out and we knew what we were doing it turned out that one kid did not know what he was doing. So we took things into consideration and figured out what he was doing, we got to work. We are pretty sure that we had no other conflicts. So basically, we didn't have any problems because were the Peace Makers!

Team Diversity

Our team is very diverse. We have people of different races, cultures, and religions. Our diversity enhanced our website greatly. We could translate easily because most of us are bilingual and Spanish is a native language to one member in our group. Our project is about discrimination and the diversity of our team is a great advantage. Since we have people of all kinds different backgrounds we can describe all kinds of discrimination from different points of view. Our diversity is a very good and important quality of our group that has helped us build a better website.

The people in my group came from many different backgrounds, such as one team member was born in Puerto Rico, one in California, and others from different parts of the world. Three people in my group are half Jewish and the others are half Christian. One person is Catholic. All of the members of are group go to Oyster-Adams Middle school and live in the DC area.
