Team Collaboration

Through this project we have come together to respect the aspect of growing up. We acknowledge that if the government is supporting the old aged of our country,it is in return of whatever they have done in their glorious years.They are the so-called liabilities but they were not when they were shedding their blood or sweat for this country,were they?And this is the factor which makes us change our point of view and make the efforts of the government a tribute.

Team Diversity

Many people in our team had the view that the old aged people were actually a liability for the government but some believed that they were no liability,they were heroes in rest and deserved everything they get.So we teachers had the job to unite their thoughts and to remind them that its no debate but a collaborated project. And then we decided to look at the topic from both the angles and decide which was better.But we came to the conclusion that both these views have weight and they both are right. So we concluded that old age is like a second inning where they have a second chance to live their childhood.
