Team Collaboration
Team Collaboration: Overall our group collaborated very well. We divided the work equally among us by one of us doing art and the homepage, one of us doing the fall and legacy, one of us did architecture, one of us did government, and the other one did religion and philosophy and the United Nations page. Overall we all got along really well, even though there were some struggles along the way. In the end, we all solved the issue, put it behind us, and focused on the main task at hand. We sometimes had to trade our flash drives with each other in order to complete some of the work. We all read a little bit of each other’s work to make sure we were on track and it all sounded good. We contacted and talked with each other daily and so we made sure the work was getting done, but was still of great quality. So as you can see, our team worked great together and even when we fought, which is typical, we worked it out and accomplished our goal, AN AMAZING WEBSITE!!!!!!
Team Diversity
Diversity in our team played an important role in the creation of our website. Two of our group members are from a Pakistan and are Muslim, two of them are from Israel and are Jewish, and one is from Mexico and is Christian. Even though we had dissimilar backgrounds, we put our differences aside to create our website. Every team member contributed to the project either by applying what they already knew or finding other resources that could help. No matter what the problem was, racism and sexism was not a valid reason for the miscommunication. Different viewpoints of the teammates helped them pick a variety of sources that seemed appealing to them, all of which aided our website in becoming the best it could possibly be. Overall, our variety of nationalities, ideas, and beliefs helped us achieve efficient teamwork.
