F.U.T.U.R.E : Find yoUr Talent Under Rejoice Exploration

In this project, we choose topic number 2, because as students we must think about the continuation of our school. We have a perception that school is an important place for us to get knowledge and to develop our talent, interest and also our potention.That's why we need to create a concept about the school of the future which can support us to reach those aims . Of course, we hope every school in the world can be better. Well, when we create this project, we were confused with the topic source. We didn't know how to get that. We even didn't know how to create username in thinkquest. But after a few week, we could finish it.
In our country, we use KTSP as our curiculum standard (in indonesia : Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan). It means, the curriculum is very different because in this curriculum, the students must be active and independent. So, we search many sources from the internet, mass media, and many more

Team Collaboration
Our group is from 11 senior high school from the 10th grade. Our team has many differences and we come from different class. When we start this project, the team was not compact, because we didn't know each other. After a few week, we are almost compact, it could be seen when the leader of the team has been chosen. One of man in our group, has the ability that can control this group. Besides that, our team has different individual strengths. They can write and develop a narrative text, have perfect grammar ability, and of course have perfect art. In that case, we can help each other and help to finish the project too.
Team Diversity
Well, our team has many differences; different cultures, ability, skill, and socio-economics. Indonesia has many ethnic groups, so is in our team. There are Sundanese member, Javanese member, Baduy member and Lampung member. In socio-economics, we are almost the same. Our religion are the same too, we are moslem.
