Team Collaboration

We shared responsibility by giving each member of the team an equal work load. Garrett was in charge of the text and did an excellent job expressing the group’s ideas. Kenneth proved useful with his past technology experience and handled the uploading and implementing of ideas. Jeff was tasked with collecting information on topics that Steve laid out for the team.

Team Diversity

We all come from the same small town in Middle America but we area all from different backgrounds. Religion plays a big part in the dynamics of our town and we are all from different religious backgrounds. Additionally, we come from different economic backgrounds and social classes. Some members of our team come from families where their parents have only a high school education while others members have parents who are engineers and college professors. Two of our team members have traveled outside the U.S. and one member has never left the state. At the beginning of this project we had very different viewpoints, but since we were capable of working through them we not only were able to do a great job on our project, but learn about each other as well. No matter our differences we all agreed that technology and new fuel sources are important to the future and our world.
