Many movies are based on books and plays that you may have read. This site describes some of the famous movies and the sources of the movies. The designers of this site separated the movies into six categtories: Horror, Contemporary, Adventure, Disney, Classical Adventure, and Shakespeare . With the exception of Shakespeare, you may be surprised at the sources of many of today's (and yesterday's) movies.
