This web site will illustrate that the music of any given time period will reflect what is going on in society during that era. We plan to discuss how music is influenced by the events of that time. Our web site will also try to break down each decade in the century since 1950 and show how the music reflected the mood of the world. From sweet harmony to blues, from bubble gum to rock and everything in between, music has been an indication of what our lives are like.
