Team Collaboration

We used email and a wiki page to communicate and transfer files with each other. Kai used his technical strengths to develop the Flash interface and menu system. Izzy translated the poem to Japanese. Some people were better at writing, so they focused on the content aspect of our website.

Team Diversity

We came from many different cultural backgrounds. The team member’s backgrounds varied from Poland, Germany, and northern and southern China though everyone was born in the US. Sometimes we didn’t communicate the best and not everyone was able to keep to our schedule. We worked around it by reassigning parts to whoever had the time at that moment.
