Team Collaboration

Different members of the team focused on different items since time was a factor. We only learned about the competition a few weeks before the April 1st deadline. Thomas did the web-design and programming. Ricardo, Gabriel, Brenno, and Lucas all wrote some articles. Everyone discussed the content and the design of the website together. Ricardo and Thomas edited and produced the bibliography before submitting the site.

Team Diversity

Almost everyone on the team has dual nationalities. Thomas is American/Brazilian. Ricardo is American/Brazilian, but born in London. Gabriel is Brazilian/Portuguese. Lucas is American/Brazilian. Brenno is Brazilian but has traveled extensively through Europe. The fact that everyone lives in Brazil influenced the choice of examples used. While our group may seem homogeneous upon closer scrutiny we had some interesting discussions due to our differences in upbringing. We are a healthy mix of ideas and religions. Some of us are Catholic and some of us are Jewish.
