Jessica helped write the hard copies of the essay. She also researched the photographs and edited text. Jackson helped with a lot of the typing and helped research information for the essay. Jonathon researched the nutritional values of the fruits and vegetables and found out about pest control. Valentina wrote the rough drafts of essay and took a leadership role in the group. Camille interviewed gardeners at an area garden center and helped compose the essay.
Each member of our group had his or her own strengths to bring to this project. We did a lot of discussing and questioning of experts along the way. We used the internet to determine plants that would grow best in a garden in our area. We did not use books to help us in our research.
