Team Collaboration

Team members were allotted the sub-topics of the website. They sat with the coach and assistant coach & discussed about the topic. Time was given to add their pages in thinkquest. After putting the pages, design of the website was decided and made in the school.Video clips were also prepared in the school. All the members worked very hard to develop this website in spite of their session ending exams. I am proud of my team.

For example - Khusboo Goel went to different libraries to find the matter for Spiritual Development, which was allotted to her and uploaded the main points in the pages allotted in the competition. She went to Cyber Cafe also to find the images for the topic given to her. She did her work in the given time.

Team Diversity

Diversity embodies all the differences that make us unique individuals. Not limited to physical aspects of race, ethnicity, gender, age, disability, and sexual orientation, it includes culture, religion, education, experience, opinions, beliefs, language, nationality and more.

Diversity enhances confidence and improves the contributions made by people in such environments. Valuing and respecting each individual simply makes good sense. Success and productivity are natural extensions of a corporate culture that truly values all people, putting diversity among our top corporate priorities.

We have found that our students from different cultures, religions, and socio-economics groups have become more responsible. They have started respecting each other’s values. They have developed stronger interpersonal communications and negotiating skills. Diversity broadened their range of talents and stimulated their creativity.
