You can almost hear the sounds of skis swooshing through snow when you view this site. Students can take a journey back through time to when skiing was done in people's backyards--for free--to the present day, when skiing in New England is a million-dollar industry. There are terrific pictures and even an interview with Glen Parkinson, a premier skier.
