The main educational objective of this web page is to help children cope with divorce. We felt that students who are experiencing a divorce may not understand some of the events that may take place in their lives. We have learned through our support group that sharing information with those who have lived through a divorce can be very helpful. We think that the web page can be useful in helping teachers to understand the warning signs of a child experiencing coping problems during a divorce. The web page will also help parents to understand what a child is feeling and how they can help a child at home.
