Team Diversity

The problem of road traffic education among children remains in the spotlight worldwide as health issues, in the demographic and vehicles growth, the roadway remained almost constant.

Road traffic education starts from the first play in the park until the end of life. That is why we opted for mixed team. Problems were handled through the interpretation and understanding at each level.

During the project there was observed some interest at little children in the learning-type game, and at the others interactive pure logic - logical thinking and games thinking for age diversity.

The aged ones animated the thoughts of small children, who have "colored" their ideas. Where there is a team, there are also convergent conflicts. These conflicts were caused as a result of time allocated to this project and the project vision. Students’ leisure for the project was different from each member to other.

Exchanging ideas has contributed to effective and constructive purpose with positive resonance among students, parents and teachers.

ThinkQuest project was a liaison for the team, and in the same time, the children had the opportunity to know the issues on this subject in Europe and worldwide.
