Learn to ski the expert "black diamond" trails. This site outlines the history of skiing, from its beginnings in Norway to today's Alpine and Nordic skiing. It gives illustrated instructions for all skill levels. The tutorials move from back yard maneuvers to advanced christies, and you'll also find information on nutrition, equipment, and clothing. Also included is the responsibility code for safe skiing, a skill ratings chart, and maps of selected ski trails.
