Team Collaboration

Overall, our group worked well together. The group first decided on a theme and customized our colors. After meeting again, the information was decided upon for our web site; the next step was for each of us to choose s subject related to our web site and work on it individually. We had a problem with one of the members in our group not completing their assigned pages, so two of us split the missing pages and created them. That was the only problem the group had to overcome. Things are finally starting to come together as the final project nears completion.

Team Diversity

The members of our team share a lot of the same ideas, making us less diverse than other groups may be. The group shared views and ideas about how the topic would be presented. Being females, breast cancer is something that we all feel very strongly about. The goal of the group was to find out as much about the cause as possible, and is very happy to be able to share it with others who also have the same concerns.
