The topic of our team was to investigate how humankinds and animals live harmoniously in the plateau of Qinghai and Tibet.we researched,interviewed and discussed about the contradiction between human and carps for dams in the Qinghai lake,then we put forward our solution to the contradiction.we also investigated the original worship and taboo of Tibetans,the ecological idea of herdsmen that they think animals and humankinds should depend on each other to live.In the end,the members of oue team showed our achievement on the internet,which demonstrated that we were concerning lift,animals and environment.

Team Collaboration
The members of our team were from different schools and classes.Through the Think platform on the internet,we cooperated to study and research.we carried out the investigation beginning with the interesting natural phenomenon-Naked carps jump over the dam of the Qinghai Lake.In this process, we wanted to know how humankinds and animals live harmoniously in the plateau of Qinghai and Tibet.And we also encountered many problems such as the clash between carps and humankinds because of dams in the Qinghai Lake,the original beliefs towards environment of Tibetans and etc.In order to solve the problems,each member of our team tried their best to ask people for help.we investigated and looked for relative materials and our parents and teachers gave us much help.we presented our answers and ideas on the Think webpages then discussed on the internet to get the best solution.Through the process of learning and research,we dicovered and tried to solve the problems as well as learned some new knowledges.Cooperation makes us go forward happily and enhance our friendship.
Team Diversity
There are two instructors and six students in our team who come from different schools and classes.Our instructor Miss Mao is mainly responsible for the registration team to develop activities.she is fond of travelling and familiar with many fields.The vice instructor Miss Zhang is a chinese teacher,so she is good at writing,She participated in the activities of organization and coordination.Other group members to participate in all activities.our members tried their best to research the parts which they familiarize.Shang's father works in the Tibetan areas and Jing is a student of Hui nationality,so they familiarize the worship.taboo of Tibetans and living status of herdsmen.And their parents also give us much help.Li and Li have high abilities of handwork.Shang and Ding are the members of science Group as well as journalist in the school.Each member of our team plays a very important role in the process of investigate and achievement.
