Titanic - The Unsinkable?

We chose the Titanic for our topic because of all of the interest about the movie being made. We wanted to use this interest to present some of the real information about the Titanic. Our educational objectives are: - To inform students of the real facts about the Titanic, not just in the movie - To make learning fun for students -To include some of the events that happened before and after the sinking of the Titanic so that students get a feel for the history of the period. - To make the study of history more interesting by including an in-depth study of a real historical happening -To include some science information about icebergs, etc.
