This site takes a look at examples of art, artists, literature and writers throughout history. The site explores art from prehistoric man and ancient Rome, to art from Egypt and Japan, Gothic art, Victorian art, and art of modern times. The user will learn about artists, their art, and styles that have influenced the history of art through the ages. From a literature perspective, the user will take a brief look to learn more about Homer, Greek mythology, and Shakespeare.
