Team Collaboration
When we knew about this project, we were so excited to begin the project as we thought the topic that we had chosen was simple. The truth is, it was easier said than done. We were not quite sure whether we can do it or not as there was limited time with so many co-curiccullar activities going on.
As the group leader, Fizah quickly took action and did the whole draft for the project. There were a ton of things to do that we don’t even know where to begin. When Fizah divided our tasks, everything seemed to be a lot easier. She wanted everything to be perfect, accurate and on time. We obeyed her instructions and respected her as our great leader. Whenever we felt down, Fizah would give us words of hope and wisdom to encourage us to work harder and not to give up.
When it came to communication skills, Amalina was the best as she is one of our college debaters. She would be the one who made the phone calls or arranged interviews. Her charming and sweet smile mesmerized everyone. Her unshakable determination to win can be clearly seen from how she organized her work. She always believes that as long as we work hard, success will always be with us.
Then, there’s Izzati. Her cool and steady way of working really amazed us. Whenever a problem occur, she would remain calm and try to take control of the situation. Not only that, she was very dedicated to her work as whenever she was given a task, she would do it on the spot and put all her effort in it. She was the one who suggested the group name, Earth Rangers. Besides that, she also possesses wide knowledge on ICT making us easier to do our project.
However, this project would be meaningless without the help of our beloved coaches, Pn. June and Pn. Muslihah. Every evening, we would hold a meeting to discuss our project and how to improve the quality of our project. Anytime we need to make a decision, a discussion would come first. They helped us a lot through our research and also corrected all our mistakes. We cannot imagine what would it be without them.
All together, we make a very great team. With our burning desire and a shared vision, we struggled hard to make our project successful. We stuck together through thick and thin and shared sweet and bitter memories. To us, teamwork is everything as teamwork makes the dream works.
Team Diversity
Each team members comes from different states of the country. However, we were able to put our differences aside and work together to complete the project. Our team found it easy and also enjoyed working together despite the fact that we came from different states.
We have 3 members in our team and we had given a name for our group and unite together as The Earth Rangers. Hafizah is our group leader and she is a 15 years-old Malay girl. She comes from an educated family, living in a metropolitan city in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. For her, everything must be perfect in this technology world. However, because of living in a busy- dusty city, she faced a lot of problems on environment. Now, she wants to put a stop on this matter. She wants everyone to be alert and concern about this serious problems faced by the Earth.
Izzati is a 15 years-old Malay girl too who comes from Johor Bharu, Malaysia. Johor Bahru as the capital city of Johor in Malaysia with a population of approximately 900,000 in the city, and over 1.8 million in its metropolitan area, it is the second largest urban area in the country after the national capital, Kuala Lumpur. It is clear that Johor Bharu also facing the same problem as Kuala Lumpur. Therefore, Izzati the smart , cool and steady works out together in this team to show her awareness and responsibilities towards our mother nature.
Amalina-15 years old, Malay girl comes from moderate family lives in Seremban. Seremban is the capital of Malaysian state, Negeri Sembilan. Seremban is not a metropolitan city or rural areas. This place is also not as busy as Kula Lumpur and Johor Bharu. However, she realised that the The Earth is facing problems like global warming, ozone depletion and deforestation. All these happened because of the greediness of human being nowadays. She wants this Mother Nature kept as a beautiful, precious property own by the earth for the upcoming generation. So, as a nature lover, she joined this group to show her concern for the environment.
