Catania - Itinerario turistico - is a research performed by three pupils during their holidays & free time, collecting info & news from libraries, travel Agencies, Trade offices, interviewing inhabitant peoples. Their target is to let people know what CATANIA is, and fight against prejudices by willful, political lines, knowledge, to improve the correct development of our city in the third millennium. The pupils learned HTML language just to create a web site to publish their work, reaching the most people is possible.

The entry tells in shortly the story of the town, the story of the farm Perugia (one of the most important factories of the region) and the birth of the publicity and of the sponsorship. The chocolate in the tradition of Perugia: from traditional Perugian recipes based on chocolate to the Eurochocolate festival. And finally the analyses of the chocolate as a produced: the origins, the preparation of the chocolate, the plant of the cacao, the production places of the cacao and the cacao butter.
Objectives
To know the town and its traditions, to improve the English language acquaintance and the use of the computer science instrument also as development means of the thought for connection. To learn how to use the time, the resources and to consider the connections between events and things during the implementation of a task
