Our group wanted to show the world about Mallorca and its food in particular one of our most famous products, the ensaimada. We wanted to show people how important traditions are to all of us and we thought it would be nice to do it paying particular attention to the ensaimada.

Our website is about Majorcan cakes and pastries. Our two main ones are the “crespells” and the “ensaimadas”. The first ones are specially made at Easter and children love to cook them because they are very easy to make. The “ensaimada” is our well-known cake, every tourist buys an “ensaimada” as a present to take it back home.
