Cars of the Future
2009
Our website highlights the newest kinds of cars that will run on American roads. We feel that renewable energy will not only help reduce fossil fuel emissions, but that it is really a necessary part of the future of automotive transportation.

Team Collaboration
One of our team members has great skill at computer work and we learned an awful lot from him!! We used Dreamweaver, Flash, Quicktime, the internet, books, even some magazine advertisements that are popping up that include renewable energy and cars! Zach did most of the computer Flash work, but we all incorporated what we know about Dreamweaver, we know how to make podcasts and sat diligently finding the right music to match each car. We made the quiz ourselves using Flash, and really built the website with one general theme in mind, continuity of color and a sleek look. However, our team did all the research and one member built our website with some help and feedback from the rest of our team. We worked two afternoons a week and one morning. We knew very early on what we wanted to research and all feel very strongly about our topic.
Team Diversity
We are a group of 3 middle school students, two girls and 1 boy, 2 seventh graders and 1 sixth grader. Because this is meant for a global audience we include ourselves as citizens of the world in need of newer solutions to the problems that fossil fuels bring us. We all have varying degrees of computer skills but we still help. Our sources mainly focus on the Internet, however,we built our interactive games from scratch using Flash and Dreamweaver.
