Outcomes: By working together students will learn the importance of team work and cooperative learning to solve problems. Motivated to end world hunger students will be able to demonstrate that by working the soil and planting in our own backyards we can successfully harvest crops that we can use to feed ourselves and others by sharing their crops. In this way they can be role models to others in their community.
During the process students will learn the skills needed to successfully prepare compost and transform an unused open space into a successful harvest area.

The most important thing that a student requires to carry on this project is the willingness to work hard and motivation to carry on the project to completion. Resources like books on the topic , internet survey and other activities were taken up by the students with full involvement.
A computer and camera needed for the project to type the information and take photos were available at school .

This project is a very sensitive issues and is a global problem. So students all over the world can benefit by educating themselves to the growing needs of the world and raise uo to the occassion in taking the necessary steps to avoid disastrous situations in future.
